At Pulse, we strive to provide a seamless and high-quality streaming experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.

1. Digital Content and Streaming Services

All purchases, subscriptions, and access to digital content on Pulse are final and non-refundable once streaming has begun or content has been accessed. By purchasing or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund once streaming starts or digital content is delivered123.

2. Subscription Services

  • Recurring Payments: Subscription payments (monthly, yearly, or otherwise) are non-refundable once processed. Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your paid period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time35.

  • Automatic Renewals: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Refunds will not be issued for automatic renewals unless required by law.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription or content, contact us within 7 days for a review and possible refund4.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the streaming service due to a technical fault on our end (not related to your internet connection, device, or region restrictions), and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund. You must contact support within 7 days of purchase and provide all requested information to assist in resolving the issue14.

  • Legal Requirements: Where required by law (such as a mandatory cooling-off period in your jurisdiction), you may be entitled to a refund. In such cases, you must not have started streaming or accessing the digital content, and you must notify us within the legally specified period1.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind or User Error

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect or mistaken purchases

  • Inability to access the service due to user device, internet, or regional restrictions

  • Subscription cancellations after the renewal date
